I'm at about 25%, does this shit ever start?

I read Saxon Stories before so I was prepared for it to have a slow start, but holy shit.

I saw a chart here of books based on arthurian legends, but I forgot to save it, thing is, there is just a limited amount of times you can read about the same thing before its gets grating, no matter the spin on it.

do you have a particular order you think these books should be read? no matter if they are historical or just fantasy novels.

The best novel you've read that nobody has heard of. It can be a series, or a stand alone work. Basically, a book that you love and you haven't been able to find anyone else that has even read it.

I'll start. The Warlord Chronicles by Bernard Cornwell.
