Not just empty introspection - it's offensively empty. It's not just that it says nothing, it's that Rupi's awful 'verse' is being praised despite its actively destructive effect on the people who cleave to it.

People who hold this hollow verse up as commenting on the world are in fact being tricked into ignoring both the true beauties and horrors of the actual world.
