are you too much of a brainlet to understand that these are just case studies (which are subject to change with more information as time goes on) to support the statement that western capitalist societies have effectively manipulated the masses into believing their state propaganda?
Even if he's wrong on one or two examples his fundamental thesis is still backed by hundreds of other ones.

Brainlet take. First off he doesn't cite any studies. Secondly he conventionally ignores the economic circumstances of those countries where migrants come from (not to mention war and terrorism) and the reason(s) for poverty. But he would never do that ofc, because he's a filthy liar of a conservative who can't admit that marxists have a point (he tries to "refute" marxism in this book btw just to make it clear to his readers that it's not a systemic issue and that alternatives do not exist, classic conservative cia propaganda move).
Migrants who can afford the smuggler are still at the very bottom, mainly because the "bottom" in those countries is fucking huge. He's making it sound like these are middle class citizens trying to get to europe lol. There hardly is a middle class in these countries you dumb faggot. Charities don't fix shit, they never manage to fix the holes left by capitalist industries. They're only there so that bourgeois bootlickers can have an excuse.
