But we risk falling into the same trap - by claiming that no-one can authority over the amount of flour, you're limiting the choice to the bourgeois option of flour, while denying the people the opportunity to find their own solutions. Who are we, the intellectual elite, to tell the proletariat that flour is the solution to the issue of cake. The people have the right to self-determination in terms of ingredients and amounts, or there is no freedom at all.
