I haven't celebrated my birthday in a decade and usually don't mind that at all but yesterday just felt so dull and meaningless that I'm starting to dread my birthdays from now on. Neither my dad nor my siblings really cared to gift me something that could mean something to me. They just gave me a few bucks via paypal. I usually don't care much about gifts but this time I do because my life has been so far detached from any meaning that I'm clinging onto the smaller things. My mom couldn't be here because she's in Syria. So all I got from her was a voicemail. I miss her a lot. I might be what people call a mama's boy.

Despite turning only 21 yesterday I feel like time is running out and I have to hurry so that I can enjoy my youth and have some fond memories that are actually worth remembering. I don't think anything that happened in my life during the last 3 years are actually meaningful or fun to remember. It's all been just a bleak mixture of media consumption and depression.

I will move out of town for uni in a few days and if I don't make some friends there or get a gf I might just give up completely and try to live in solitary comfortably. This corona shit isn't exactly helping my case though.

A lot of people are talking about the importance of monogamy for a society to continue to function correctly in this thread but does anyone think that whether a society is polygamous or monogamous is neither here nor there so long as the society is staunchly androcentric. For instance, the west has predominantly been monogamous and gynocentric, and the Greeks were polygamous but androcentric. For the west, despite being gynocentric, men's needs were catered towards through monogamy (they were able to secure a partner). The Greeks as they were androcentric, had women as total second class citizens and only men's needs were catered towards, were able to function even though it was polygamous (females could only have one partner, but men could have a partner and freely and lawfully see prostitutes) Today we are making our way towards polygamy as well as increasingly becoming more gynocentric. The default of most civilizations has been monogamy and gynocentric, however. Androcentrism is kinda antithetical to the west and can't be reconciled with Christianity or even European paganism, so society will collapse if we don't return to monogamy, which the west won't, so it's collapse is inevitable. The main point is that society must cater to men's needs, which can be achieved either through androcentrism or monogamy, It's not the monogamy that's important it whether men's needs are catered for. (and if you think that society won't collapse if men cant get pussy you only have to observe the extreme length normies go to just to get their dick wet maybe 1 or 2 times a year and if you ever say anything to them they will always say "at least I can have sex" this is the only thing that matters to them. Society will literally collapse when these men give up)
