I just got done reading the three-part biography of Theodore Roosevelt and it was interesting the whole way through.

What other historical figures have such interesting biographies? ie. They lived a life with the exploits of several people worthy of being remembered by posterity (ie. Academic and scholar, world leader, adventurer, soldier, law enforcement. elite, tidbits like his wife and mother dying in the same house on the same day, etc.)
