Every time I go on any social media, I'm more and more convinced that some (most) people are lost causes who should not be allowed to have any human rights. What are some philosophy books that critique democracy, and furthermore, discuss how incompetent and stupid the average person is.

Does anyone have advice on getting started self-teaching Latin? What would be a suitable book for someone who only has one or two hours to spare, daily?
