Every problem is economic. I don't mean that in some gay Marxist way, it's just a fact, if people weren't so hopelessly poor they wouldn't be stupid and bored enough to participate in the political bread and circuses this thread is obsessing over.

Reagan was the worst president the United States has ever had. He destroyed this country. You can read about the changes to anti trust laws and the tax code that enabled Reagan to eviscerate the American middle class and begin the total destruction of small businesses.
