I believe Godard and Resnais wrote at least one book each about acting, but I can't think of the titles right now. Resnais isn't usually brought up in filmlit, maybe because we think of him more as a director than anything else, but he had some pretty interesting insight born from his more pragmatic approach.

Author and then chronological order for that author. I really think the best structure would be pure chronological order, though.

There was an ethnic/religious/clan aspect that tends to be ignored. But just becasue people don't pay enough attention to that it doesn't mean the other aspects were a lie. Everything was part of it.
That also included the south inveting military titles for land owners when the north tried to get european validation by studying military matters overseas, not wanting to incorporate black people to the army when they probably would had fight for their owners thinking the alternative was worse, the begining of the industrialization of the south that would had challenged the north. So many things, anon, all of them important. History is never a single simple answer.

I check Pando every few days. Besides that I jut read a paper from my country that I like, listen to no agenda and try to keep updated with general sources whenever I see a topic that's interesting.
There's little point in trusting too much a single source, I guess.
