its one thing to be upset at the world, its another when you cant even cope with your own mind. asking for books that tackle this? like someone who is so fucking adhd they cant even make coherent thoughts much of the time or follow through with plans. being trapped in your mind, doing shit that you know is wrong but you do it anyways, not being able to fully grapple with yourself, much less the outside world. forgetting things, knowing you know something but not being able to remember. grappling with fundamental problems
