I'm an atheist but I think your argument is flawed. Just because God knows everything doesn't mean he knows "everything everything". There are some things which can be logically impossible to know. For example, if he knows everything, does he know why the earth is flat?
Him knowing the fate of everything presupposes that there is such a thing as fate: that it's a logically valid concept. But assuming that there is a fate that he knows about already presupposes that which you are trying to prove: it's a circular argument!
