Which e-reader do you own and do you like it? I'm interested in purchasing one, but have no clue as to which would fulfill my requirements. Any recommendations?

These are the features that I'd like to have:
>E-ink screen
>Supports lots of common file types (PDF, ePub, Mobi) unless there's a program to easily convert them
>Note taking
>Obviously no ads if there is a brand that has them then please tell me so I can stay far away from them

Perhaps weird maybe unnecessary:
>PROBABLY WANT TO AVOID AMAZON'S KINDLE PRODUCTS (WANT TO ALSO AVOID DRM)
>NO WIFI, NO BLUETOOTH, NO CONNECTION TO THE NET REQUIRED
>Transfer files from computer to device using a USB is preferred although directly plugging in is also fine I suppose maybe microsd slot again not that important

Not sure about screen size though or whether pixel density is important for something like this.
