How can I become a better reader /lit/? I have a short attention span and sometimes reading feels like pulling teeth (which is odd because I do want to read) and I end up doing something else. I also constantly look up words that I don't know or of words I slightly know but want an exact definition of. As a kid I was on ADHD medication and haven't read much past when I was 12-14.

Any advice appreciation :)
