fuck no. it would devovle into a wolfe vs sanderson shitposting bonanza. every shouting shit at each other then come the waifu fags. every 4 seconds someone will post a picture claiming it to be his waifu then the erp will take over all the voice channels. classical vs new scifi/fantasy fags will scream at each other like autistic kids being killed in fortnite. there will also be this one girl that all the beta orbiters will flock too. there will be one guy who wants to discuss super sales on super heroes but everyone will shit on him so he fucks of to some other place. then there come the wuxia fags that will argue like autistic college kids about the merits of reading a wuxia in book form or reading the manhua. eventually someone will start to post cp and gore just to fuck with people. after that there will be some sort of drama where it turns out the creator of the discord channel is a tranny and has pictures of him sucking his own cock around. the discord will die and everyone will come back to the general. only this time 3 times every thread this discord debacle will be brought up and no semblance of discussian can take place over all the shitflinging.

how do i know this happens?
it happens literally every day over at /vg/. every general has this happen like once a week exactly as i stated it.
