Are there any books about sexual abstinence that aren't from a religious person? I don't mean incel no fap stuff but real philosophical arguments for it.

I've been reading and writing consistently but I feel like I'm not making any real progress on my writing. I feel like I need someone to really show me the ropes. What can I read or watch to feel more confident in my writing?
