Pale Fire blew my mind the first time I read it years ago, and it has had the same effect every time I've read it since.

Hello /lit/

In highschool I was in all those AP English classes and what not, but I never really applied myself to literature untill these past few months. Recently I have read Lolita, Crime and Punishment, LOTR, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Picture of Dorian Grey, 1984, Brave New World, and just recently I've started Pale Fire. Pale Fire may be one of the stranger works I have read stylistically. My question for you, are there any other novels similar to this, a book/poem within a book? I find myself really enjoying this. Also, any other suggestions for a pleb to lit?

Thanks all

How exactly do i go about reading this? It recommends cutting and pasting the notes to the corresponding lines of the poem, or just buying multiple copies of the book, but I feel like there might be a better solution to it than that...

How do you guys read Pale Fire?
