Oh, lol, you actually know better than I do. I wasn't aware the text you mentioned was so recent. My basic position was that for something to be mentioned many times in the sacred scriptures, and also having various depictions among paintings and temple-architecture, it likely has basis in reality. I mean, why otherwise would these people speak of, illustrate and sculpt such things otherwise? One could say "imagination", and it's certainly possible, but I find it strange such a specific thing would be represented in many places. But I have no clue how they would actually work.

But yeah, I obviously don't know anything. I simply subscribe to the general view that our ancestors were collectively involved in affairs beyond what our present, mainstream history tells us of them (global flood, annunaki, nephilim, atlantis, pyramids, giants, baalbek, kurukshetra war, etc)
