You guys think this is a good idea for a book?

>gets captured by a group of USL soldiers (United States of Liberty) who strap a bomb to his anckle and will detonate it if he doesn't deliver a strange item to a far away planet
>a lot happens after, meat of the book is the adventure he has going there
>he delivers the object
>turns out it activates a device that destorys said planet and kills around 20 million people in a blink
>main protagonist goes to meet the USL man who did it
>turns out it was his own personal agenda, the planet belonged to USL and was his homeworld
>he did it because he saw no end to war, and decided the only way any peace will be made is if something as huge as a planet being destroyed in a blink would cause negotiations bettwen two sides
