Anyway, to your point: some books have actually been banned in the past. It's nice you admit that the bans you know about are what parents demanded be taken off required reading lists in high schools. These are what actually concern the educators who fed you this drivel. But there were more serious bans in the United States.

The feds could also prosecute publishers for transmitting obscene materials through the US mail, thus preventing national distribution of proscribed works. Today we have an analogous system where Amazon, the monopoly retailer of books, refuses to sell works its corporate authorities don't like.

So I'll post books that Amazon refuses sell. Objectively, these are banned books. None will be self-published.
