Does this make anyone else mad? When there's a translated book, or a regular release, and it has a chapter or chapters 'disappeared'? There's no reason for this, except maybe to release a special edition later on (sigh). I also have a few specific questions.

1. What is the content of the 2 missing chapters of The Wind-up Bird Chronicle?

2. What is the content of the missing chapter from The Pale King?

My Waterstones has a fairly good collection, but obviously Amazon is God Tier for variety. I like my local store. The single-outlet stores kinda suck, though...but have a nice atmosphere, and good staff.

Post or mention some you like. The one I'm posting is one I saw today in a book store, although it looked better in person (easier to see, plus all these shiny bronze bits).
