Lit how does one succeed in dedicating their days so dutifully to study and learning?

Are there any anons that would be able to share their genuine advice for realising such a motivation and state of mind? To be able to just dedicate hours upon hours on study, or learning history or a language without distraction or the slightest desire to be not doing so? How exactly do you instil such an admirable internal philosophy?
