Reddit has several fiction-oriented subs, distinguished by themes, restrictions, and popularity.
r/nosleep has several thousand readers at any given time, but the most ridiculously nitpicky rules I've ever seen.
But its wiki has a "similar subreddits" page that list a bunch of other places you can post to.
