This whole conflict and the reactions of the normalfags instantly calling for Russian blood because the TV told them too who has really made me reflect more recently on the fact that all worldly affairs are fundamentally absurd and vain. Even the invasion seems as vain as it can get. Just pick up something basic like the ESV or NKJV, and you will be good, anon. Start with the Gospels.

The big trick here is not to treat Marxism as a set in stone ideology you either think is based or hate.
At the end of the day Marx provided a very good political philosophical analysis of how capitalist systems work and their inherent paradoxes.
That does not mean his word is God, treat him as you would Kant or Aristotle or Heidegger.
Rethink it, talk about it with people, use it to find the things you actually want to change, and then figure out how to do it, based on your new gained knowledge of how this system works.
This does not have to include nice red communist aesthetics or joining whatever your local communist/socialist org is, they tend to get stuck in a semi-religious obsession with aesthetics and scripture.
organizing doesnt have to bear the name 'Marxism', just do shit based on political/philosophical insights you think are right.

Let's take the materialistic take on the concept of reality. No bullshit spirituality etc here. Your consciousness is then the product of intake stream of information, interpreted by how your brain works - the connections and what way they work together.

We know that psychedelics make these connections work in different way. The parts of the brain that would usually work together less or not at all is now working differently. Coincidentally, people who are depressed or addicted show decreased connectivity on many brain areas. In some way, you could argue that they are tripping or in some way not in this reality.

I'm not making the case that seeing your near table fly and cups speak magic words together is as real as they are normally. This is merely a one product of the new way of thinking. People who have these experiences gain some insights often of themselves, or simply a new way of looking at the world. Some personality traits are heavily steered too in new direction. Depression and addictions are cured in record pace compared to other methods. In what way this is NOT real? You are simply offered a reboot and new perspective of how your brain usually forms and interprets the world. And to stray little to the spiritual side finally - we don't really know anything of world, of human existence, our brains, the nature and so on. Would it be that radical idea to think that different form of consciousness can scoop something "real" from the nature or the individual at question?

Of course, you get some boring, new age repeated revelations of how "all is one lol xd", but I wouldn't automatically count this as prove of the experiences of being unreal. It's not like people living in "real" life and experiences can either offer any profound wisdoms or interpretations of the world and life.

>Men of Israel, why do you wonder at this, or why do you stare at us, as though by our own power or piety we have made him walk? The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified his servant Jesus, whom you delivered over and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release him. But you denied the Holy and Righteous One, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you, and you killed the Author of life, whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses. And his name—by faith in his name—has made this man strong whom you see and know, and the faith that is through Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all.

>“And now, brothers, I know that you acted in ignorance, as did also your rulers. But what God foretold by the mouth of all the prophets, that this Christ would suffer, he thus fulfilled. Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.

>God, having raised up his servant, sent him to you first, to bless you by turning every one of you from your wickedness.”

A few things to note: by Israel, we mean the Body of Christian believers. By Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, we typify Faith, Hope, and Charity. As Aquinas notes,

>"Abraham begot Isaac, and Isaac begot Jacob," says, i.e. "faith begets hope, and hope begets charity." But charity is love. Therefore love is caused by hope.

See, Abraham is considered the father of Faith. And "Faith" is a certainty in the fundamental questions of life. Hope is an assured belief in a future good, and this can only come in its pure form when Faith is certain. And when you can Hope in the pure form, then you can experience the Love of God, which motivates all good thought and action. These prophets, Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, demonstrate and represent as symbols faith, hope, and charity respectively.
