We are not in a natural environment and our social environment encourages envious betas as the goal to be reached. Your nature perspective begins at the foundation of our civiliazation which is anything but natural. Think of the main character of Scott pilgrim. That passive and timid man is the model of our era. You are mixed up in your thinking of our world because you are intimately involved in it and your thinking starts at an incorrect foundation. Incels tend to be the worst of men and the best of men grouped together. Your "incels" are at times the men who have the courage to say "No". At other times they are men who have said "No" but they aren't conscious of why they said no and how they are going to survive after that act of negation.
Incel is a word that retains our current state of fallen affairs while socially punishing those who step out of line, consciously or not.
