lol no. Stirner was the first (and possibly only) person to realize that human thought chains are consious in the same way we are. Ayn Rand was just a gimme dat.

Also, Stirner realized that all humans are either consciously egotistic or volantarily and that all motivation is intrinsic. Ayn Rand thought the only rational way to live is by being greedy and hording material possessions and that is what everyone else wants. She completely ignores the fact many people don't even give a shit about the economy and pursue mental, emotional or physical strengths instead of purely material goals.

Basically, she was just a Jew obsessed with the material. Which is exactly what Stirner said the Jews only have the capacity to do.
