I don't remember that many dreams, only nightmares.

Had a nightmare where I was in an abandoned school. There were ghosts in the hallway. I ran through the halls and eventually found the front door. I left and walked outside, it was night but a red moon began to rise. When I looked at the moon I woke up and had a panic attack. That was the only time I've had a panic attack.

Also have had three episodes of sleep paralysis. I can only remember two instances of it though, both were almost identical. I wake up looking at the ceiling, I cannot move my head. A man in a mask looks over and into my eyes, I cannot see his face. He reveals a long knife, torments me for a few seconds and then stabs me repeatedly until the paralysis ends.

Paralysis is really horrible. Interestingly enough those two episodes happened only when I stayed with a family member of mine who lives in Illinois. If I slept in their bedroom upstairs I would get the paralysis.
