Nurture has a part to play as well, but IQ is largely genetic. I was also just informing the less educated on /lit/ that racial groups are indeed biologically different, unlike what they learned in state-run schools.

Also, reminder that the reason American children appear to be falling behind the rest of the world isn't because our schools and teachers suck, it's because of minorities.
