i think that you are wrong. i will now try and explain to you why.

personally, i believe that animals are purely driven by emotions. i think this because all the emotions that WE feel can be traced back to an instinct. love::breeding, fear::survival, happiness::also survival, etc... animals are driven purely by instinct and they interact with the world as such.

therefore, if animals are purely driven by emotions, then intelligence could best be defined as an animal's ability to defy emotions. we are pretty good at being able to prioritize logic over emotions, when necessary. most of us.

so, philosophy is defined by google as "the study of general and fundamental questions, such as those about existence, reason, knowledge, values, mind, and language".

all that shit sounds pretty logical to me. therefore, if animals are less logical than humans, then philosophy is NOT an attempt to be an animal again. thank you for reading.
