You'd literally be able to cut the pretentiousness with a knife, it'd be that thick: Imagine what type of people that would meet with Waldun to "see what this City of Literature has to offer", who consider themselves writers/artists; it could be 35°C out and they'd all still be wearing their scarfs and dark jackets.
