What are you talking about? If you mean that guy who dumped some terrible drivel he called worldbuilding here then that's not real writing and the way he went about it he would likely never produce any. You're supposed to write stories, you can come up with an interesting premise or a locale, but ultimately the story is what matters. The characters, the conflict and the themes. Even Tolkien when he wrote what posthumously was released as the Silmarillion told stories, compelling ones even. I don't know if he had some notes on the height of orcs somewhere in a drawer, but that in of itself is completely uninteresting, the context of story is what makes it relevant.

Even if this autistic list of trivia information about his secondary world did amount to something once he started writing we couldn't possibly give him any feedback on that alone. How is telling him to write a story gatekeeping? Telling him that he really didn't need to bother with all of that.
