Im currently reading Dante's Inferno for the first time.

One thing that keeps bothering me is how much Dante writes in people he had personal grudges with into hell. He's basically saying,"everyone who disagreed with me is in hell." IMO Dante is coming off as such a whiny bitch that its distracting from the main point of the text.
