Just read the blurb and I'm sorry I trolled. This looks like a really good book so I'm getting it.

The shocker is that the NYT bothered to mention it or that it's a bestseller. That does still leave me suspicious.

To answer your question OP, this is one of my favorites. It's far more grug, but it's probably even more useful. 90% of the book is just practical instructions. I've been doing them for several years and I can't even describe how much more effective they are than other meditation practices I've taken training in.
