If one allows that existence extends beyond the confines of a materialist narrative, I can see how something like this could follow.
I find the idea intriguing, in fact it's probably one of the most interesting ideas Evola has, and I am wondering what other figures profess it. I believe that one could derive something similar to "spiritual clusters" from say, Carl Jung, though I'm not sure if he ever explicitly states this.
