What’s next for avant-grade literature?

Does a true anti-art movement exist? And I don't mean dada, it's still art and even more pretentious and narcissistic. Also I don't mean a movement against fine arts and the money laundering scams or western arts . I mean every conceivable way of human expression and the absurd notion that it holds some mystical ''value''.

Why don't people question art? It seems that every group from nazis to lgbtq to anarchists or muslims support this useless activity

french literature recommendations? preferably something more on the beginner side, haven't read a ton of french literature, mostly poetry. non-native speaker, but have been studying it for most of my life, near-fluent and want to improve.

I was gonna read this but you're already wrong in naming Ulysses the most significant ARTWORK. It's the most significant book, but NOTHING since the Renassaince can beat the genius of Duchamp.

What separates this from a urinal with graffiti? Is it not the knowledge of the author, or at least the knowledge that it has an author?
