1) The author didn't go full sjw. The only plotline that even feels like sjw shit is the one involving the Goblins.
2) Yeah. It needs trimming for casual fantasy fans used to a tight plot structure but i am fine with with it since I like SoL media.
3)She gets less obnoxious later on.
4)She does too. She is unironically off her medication.

Read the first four [Emperor] chapters or the first two [Doctor] chapters those are better indicators for the rest of the story than the beginning. I think you might like those more.
