Hey /lit/,
I've been reading recently about bookbinding, particularly info on amateur bookmaking. From everything I read, it seems to be not too hard to get into, and fairly inexpensive. This led me to wonder why nobody produces unauthorized copies of copyrighted works to undersell the more expensive copies legally available, or to sell some of the out-of-print books that usually sell ~$100 for used copies (e.g. Women and Men). Has anyone heard of people trying this? Any reason people haven't? Would any of you be (theoretically) interested in buying cheap amateur-bound books?
