You want to know the real reason? CIRCUMCISION. All the shooters, school shooters, public shooters, etc. were circumcised. This explains why it happens in America, even with many white shooters, but not other countries: white Americans are circumcised, other whites are not.

Infant circumcision, which is necessarily performed without proper anesthesia (babies can't) causes extreme pain and physical trauma which permanently damages the frontal cortex. Basically it is so painful that part of your brain just shuts down. This has many consequences, including reduced IQ and lack of higher reasoning (why americans are so dumb), lack of impulse control (why americans are so fat), violent outbursts (why americans always have shootings.

Unfortunately there are no books about this but if you hang out at the biology and psychology departments of certain universities, you can find people who have the data from the studies which irrefutably prove this.
