Yes, even if you don't become a Buddhist yourself it offers you a wealth of knowledge about the mind, self and emotions that can be helpful in practical ways like developing better self-control, calmness in stressful situations, the ability to without being influenced as much by biases and emotions etc. You can learn those lessons from it while belonging to another religion or while having none at all
