I want to read this but only have a basic understanding of Deleuze and Guattari - what should I read before diving into pic related?

These two quotes from Fanged Noumena's introduction are what helped me to contextualize the content

And going off that here is what I think is the general idea of the writings:

Generally, organization, patterns and rationality are illusions. Things that are presented to us as truths, coherent systems, correct standards of behavior, scientific justifications for how we should act, are actually just ways to control us. "We must act this way, we must count this way, we must follow such and such aesthetic judgement"...these are really just traps, ways to decrease our individuality and make us simply a part of the collective mass of equivalence.

Schizophrenic, 'irrational', unorganized ways of acting and thinking are actually individual's attempts to resist this control. To be an individual it is necessary to be against order. And thus explains the "odd" human behaviors of madness, spasmic dancing, shamanic rituals, incoherent ramblings and deliberate dysfunction. At the extreme end is the schizophrenic, and we see how much Land is influence by Anti-Oedipus.

But this repressive organization is not just a product of humans; it is rooted deep in our physiology, in nature and in the very core of the earth itself (geotrauma). Always we are being threatened by organization and nature constantly is trying to force us together. And the deepest parts of ourselves and the earth are howling out in madness to escape it. And this madness comes from any time, past present or future, to try to resist, and thus primordial ancient beings and far-future technologies work in tandem, expressed within everything and in us, to battle against the individual-destroying forces of structure and equivalence.

The fight against destruction of ourselves requires madness and disorder, and thus these things are more "real", rooter deep in the biological and the cosmic, than the artificial structure that is imposed upon us.

Does it get any better than this, /lit/? I feel like I've reached the pinnacle.

So, /lit/, in terms of Western Philosophy, is this the end? I’ve never read it, people say it’s difficult, but I can’t imagine it to be more difficult than Hegel, or Deleuze, or even Kant.

I have no idea what the fuck this man is even trying to say....yet I can’t put it down.
