Where can I move to?

>my public library used to be open till 9pm most nights and 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays
>used to spend hours on the computers and reading in the comfy chairs as a preteen/teen during the 2000s
>now that same library is open only till 4 o'clock every day and because of COVID you're now only allowed to browse or use the computer for max 45 mins, absolutely no sitting down to read
>as a result all the chairs and tables have been removed and the librarian now works part-time
>no place to go to read
>all those comfy moments from my childhood are now lost, like tears in rain :(

Why does my reading speed/comprehension suck?

I feel so mentally brain dead and uninspired to write anything from this quarantine. Can you guys help me to get my inspiration back?
