Probably not, seeing as they forbid their bishops from marrying, contrary to God's Word. And there's nothing in scripture denoting having separate rules for separate classes of people, that's contrary to God's Word as well.

I mean, the Bible even says everyone who is sinning is a child of the devil, the leader of the Roman Catholic Cult claims impenitent sinners who commit what God of the Bible calls abominations are "children of God" (both homosex and crossdressing are abominations) .
