If you search for critique on 4chan, you might be interested in getting proofread for free:

I'm thinking about doing proof-reading and editing for free.

>Preconditions
Your text is longer than 10.000 words.
You want to be proofread and edited.
Your text is in German. English is acceptable too; it's not my primary language though.
I only accept "real text": You'd need to print your text and spend money on postage and return postage.

>How does it work?
Send an e-mail, include the first chapter or an extract.
Receive an adress for a lockbox.
Print your text on DIN A4, leave double-space. Be sure to include pagination.
Send your text and a prepayed return envelope per "Büchersendung" to a "Packstation".
Wait.
Receive your annotated text back.

>Why do I do this?
I'm interested in the works of Anon or Bernd.
I'm interested in learing from the mistakes of others.

>Drawbacks
I don't have any qualification.
I don't have any liability to read your text.
I will only proof-read if my schedule leaves time for it.
My advice might be bad or useless.

Are you interested?
