>Surprise, Kill, Vanish by Annie Jacobsen
>Survival in the Killing Fields by Dr. Haing S. Ngor
>spent the entire spring reading Napoleon the Great by Andrew Roberts and yet dnf
>Flow My Tears, the Policeman Said by Philip K. Dick (a re-read)
>Solaris by Stanislaw Lem
>Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro
>The Shrine of Jeffrey Dahmer by Brian Masters
>Say Nothing: A True Story of Murder and Memory in Northern Ireland by Patrick Radden Keefe (probably my favourite book I read this year; that, or Survival in the Killing Fields)
>Wiking: A Dutch SS soldier on the Eastern Front by Henk Kistemaker
>currently reading The Fellowship of the Ring which I'm set to finish
Somewhere in there I also read the Pentateuch, as well as Shrek the picture book. Overall a very good year for reading, though I definitely wish I spent less time on the chan and more time reading.

1) Walk into a local restaurant.
2) Ask for a job.
3) Fail? goto (1)
4) Profit.

It’s actually that simple. You’ll learn more in two weeks washing dishes than you have in the last two years reading /lit/-tier esoterica.
