Why doesn't this board ever talk about him? I took a look at his website today and found out he has been causing a ton of asshurt over the last few years. He has brutally critiqued some rising weird fiction writers (most notably Jeff VanderMeer) and he's one of the few guys in the weird fiction scene who doesn't give a fuck that Lovecraft was a bigot. It has become fashionable for new weird fiction writers to endlessly whine about Lovecraft's bigotry but Joshi won't have any of that shit. I'm surprised all of his shit stirring has gone unnoticed.
