See how hard she's forcing herself to keep her eyes glued on her phone? It's a prop to get away with her attention-seeking.
She's probably desparate to look around and see if anyone's looking at her, but she knows the facade of aloofness would be compromised if she did, so she performs the anxiety-soothing movement of stroking her hair.
All-in-all when you analyse behaviour like this closely, it's pure narcissism and pathetic self-objectification
