This has been the shittiest /lit/ humor thread by far. Ninety percent of the memes in this thread aren't even jokes, they're entirely earnest and straight-forward attempts to argue in favor of some obscure philosophy or the other.

I'm not even sure why the creator of this meme felt like this represented an attempt at humor. This is a comparison of two different authors, based entirely on objective descriptions of their work. Where is the misdirection? The absurdity? I cannot imagine anything other than a straight-up autist making this. I mean that entirely in the clinical sense, this could only be made by someone for whom humor has no internal meaning and only exists as an abstract concept in the minds of others. The only way you could possibly expect anyone to laugh at this if you had never laughed at anything in your life and had no idea why people actually did it. But you knew it was popular to be funny and figured, why not give it a try?
