Guys, this is literally me. I've been rejected 2000+ times for publication in the past month alone. Why don't the pleb publishers like my 250 page post-postironic novel about masturbation? Is it because I've used the word """nigger""" 55,000 times inside or is it simply because theyre postmodernists? I just start sending my work in behind a female African pseudonym, then I will get accepted for sure.

I don't think I'll ever write a suicide note, because I never will. I think when I do IT I'll be drunk, and I'll do it impulsively. Throw myself off a bridge, or shoot myself. In that moment I won't have the time to write a note; I think I'll only have a single instant where I'm brave enough, and if I take the time to sit down and be poetic about it and write a letter to all my friends and family about how I love them, taking the time to address each of them by name, by personality, by anecdote, by "Henry I know I apologized for this a half dozen times, which is crazy, that you never got angry at me for vomiting on your desk that one time, and I really appreciate that you didn't" and so on, and tell them each that I love them--by then I think I'll be too sober in mind to do it. That's why I'll never write a suicide note.

What's your suicide note gonna be like, /lit/?

Often when you make the argument that Socialism or Communism are murderous systems, Marxists say that Capitalism is far more murderous, often pointing towards Capitalist colonialism to prove their point.

What is a good counter-argument against this and are there any books about this subject that aren't ideologically driven?
