The world is about to face the apocalypse where nearly everything on earth will be annihilated.

I know /lit/ admires Universities, but what do you think of learning by yourself?

Scott Young took MIT's computer science course by himself. I don't know how well it worked out for him, but what do you guys think? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piSLobJfZ3c

I'm 19 and will probably never be able to go to university.

Did you ever come across books like this? If so, where?

I have a fetish for old books. I would love to have a shelf in my home
filled with them. I would never take my eyes off them, nor would my
hands ignore them.
