>Meditations by Marcus Aurelius for philosophically dealing with an insane world. This one's micro-structure is great for habit forming, which provides personal life structure as an added bonus
>Metamorphoses by Ovid to pull you back into the bigger picture. Lots of stories of love and chatoic situations being inevitably resolved and buried as eventually insignificant
>Leviathan by Thomas Hobbes to see the political theory that evolves from political chaos.
