Any non-english writers here? How do you write? I wanna get into writing but my German is not perfect, the grammar is complicated as hell. I thought about writing in English cuz english grammar is ridiculously easy compared to German, but my english vocabulary isn't exactly ze yellow from ze egg.

Don't get me wrong, my German is still above average I'd say, but I don't think I could write a book, or even just a small story flawlessly. So how do I go about it? Do I pay some guy to correct it for me or am I supposed to write everything flawlessly by myself? Are there any tools? Do you need to be some kind of linguistic genius to write novels?
